Musical Sunday

Sunday January 4, 2009
Today in San Antonio, there are three very different musical events going on, one of which is sure to interest you.

The MiniSeason at Temple Beth-El starts today at 3:15 p.m. and goes on each Sunday through the months. It is a series of concert events featuring chamber music ensembles for the more discerning music lover.

Meanwhile, Jim Cullum's Landing gives Jazz lovers a big treat with several artists playing from 2:00 p.m. all the way to 6:00 p.m.

And finally, the San Fernando Cathedral celebrates composer Schubert's birthday today with a concert.

There are other, non-music events going on in the Alamo City today, check our Calendar of Events to see what you might like to enjoy on what is the last day of Christmas Break for many students.
