McAllister Park Little League Advances to US Final at LLWS

If we as adult find the fact that a local San Antonio Little League has advanced to the US Championship game at the Little League World Series (LLWS), imagine how the kids themselves must feel!

First, a phone call from Shaquille O'Neal (who many may know went to high school here in San Antonio) to congratulate them and a mention of how proud he was on his Twitter page. Then, they proceed to win their next three games leading to a showdown Saturday with the team representing the West (McAllister Park is representing the Southwest).

The game will be Saturday the 29th at 2:00 p.m. local time. It will be televised live on ABC, giving our boys national network recognition! The winner of this game will compete against the winner of the International Championship game, which will be Mexico vs. Asia Pacific.
