Good news for all of you who really love your high definition televisions. Time Warner cabl, who provides pay TV service for thousands of San Antonians, has boosted their high def lineup by 14 channels, bringing the grand tally to 92 channels.
And the best news -- there will be no extra charge for these channels!
The 14 new high definition channels are quite a diverse set, meaning there is probably something for everyone. They include:
• AMC HD
• Crime & Investigation HD
• HLN (Headline News) HD
• G4 HD
• HBO Signature on Premium HD
• HBO Zone HD on Premium HD
• HBO2 HD on Premium HD
• History International HD
• Investigation Discovery HD
• NBA TV HD
• Showtime 2 HD
• TCM (Turner Classic Movies) HD
• TruTV HD
• WE (Women's Entertainment) HD
Of course, you only get the HD version of each of these channels if you already subscribe to the standard definition version of said channel.
