If you do, you likely would try going to their official website for some information or try calling them on the phone. Neither of these things is a bad thing to do.
However, you can now receive answers to customer service inquiries and find out pertinent information and helpful tips through social media. If you have a Facebook account, you can become a 'fan' of the airport and post questions, concerns etc. on their wall.
