Awhile back, I told you about the Mission Concepcion church and how it was getting a much-needed facelift in the form of a small restoration project. Well, the restoration is now complete!
The church was re-dedicated with a whole slate of festivities last weekend, and now you can attend regular services there. Services during the $450,000 project were being held outside.
This is just the first phase of a four-part phase to help restore the ageing Mission churches on the city's south side. The next three: Mission San Juan, Mission San José and Mission Espada, not necessarily in that order.
Has anyone been to the newly-restored church? What do you think?
