Free Organic Local Baby Food Class

By May 12, 2010

The recent (and quickly expanding) lettuce recall has once again sounded alarm bells for many consumers who are worried about the safety of our nation's food suppliers. If you are one of these concerned citizens, there are alternatives to buying from mass producers and retailers.

Greenling.com, a local and organic food delivery service, is offering a class for the part of your family for whom food safety is a paramount concern--your baby. On Friday, May 28th you can join either the 9:00 a.m. or 11:00 a.m. class to learn how to make safe, healthy baby food using organic, local ingredients.

Both classes are free and will be held at Madhatter's Tea House here in San Antonio. You can RSVP and find out more information about the classes through the official Facebook event page.
