Get your appetites ready! The 2012 Cowboy Breakfast is Friday, January 27th at Cowboys Dance Hall on 3030 N.E. Loop 410 at I-35. The early morning event kicks off at 4:30 a.m and runs until 9 a.m.
From breakfast tacos, biscuits and gravy, sausage, barbecue and more, the event is a big draw annually. Upward of 50,000 people are expected to attend, which also raises money for St. Philip's College's Culinary Arts Program. This year you can expect several musical acts including J.R. Castillo & Unwound, Mario Flores & The Soda Creek Band and Paul Sanchez & Wrangler Country. This is the big event before the San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo which kicks off February 9th.
