About Starving Artist Art Show:
The annual Starving Artist Show has been cancelled for 2008. For nearly 50 years, the Starving Artist Art Show has taken place in San Antonio's La Villita Historic Arts Village each spring. The fine art and interesting crafts of 400 artists are for sale at this art show all weekend.
The annual Starving Artist Show has been cancelled for 2008. For nearly 50 years, the Starving Artist Art Show has taken place in San Antonio's La Villita Historic Arts Village each spring. The fine art and interesting crafts of 400 artists are for sale at this art show all weekend.
The event is hosted by the Little Church of La Villita to benefit the homeless in the region. Many artists sell their work at discount prices, so it is definitely work the trip to downtown to check it out.
