All-American Canteen is the Fiesta San Antonio event formerly known as the Victorian Gala, sponsored by the Society for the Preservation of Historic Fort Sam Houston.
2007 All-American Canteen took place on Saturday, April 21, 2007 at the Plaza Club in the Frost Bank Tower.
