There are three major parades each year during Fiesta San Antonio - they are commonly known as the day, night, and river parades. Here are the official names and how much tickets are, along with where to purchase them.
Commonly known simply as the 'river parade,' the Texas Cavaliers put on this most unique of parades each year. This year the parade will be on April 19th.This year's theme is "River of Dreams" which is sure to be a treat. Most folks call this one the "day parade" because well, it's held during the day! This year's date is Friday, April 23rd, 2010. The history of this parade is long and rich, dating all the way back to 1891! That makes it by far one of the oldest traditions not just in San Antonio but in all of South Texas.

And finally, the "night parade" which is officially called the Fiesta Flambeau Parade. This year is is Saturday, April 24th. It is also known as "The People's Parade" because over 50,000 people line up along the streets of downtown, with some camping out for the best parking spots in order to watch an evening of marching bands, floats, music, dancing and more. If you can't make it out, the parade is broadcast live without commercials! You can also pre-order a DVD of this year's parade for $19.95 on their website.
