Who Benefits: Proceeds from A Taste of New Orleans benefit the San Antonio Zulu Association (SAZA) Commission. The SAZA Commission assists the San Antonio community with a variety of community outreach programs.
Twelve African American men organized SAZA in 1978. They named the organization Zulu after the African Zulu tribe, known for its high courage, standards and morals.
